What time zones do your talents work in?

Our talents are based in Ethiopia (UTC+3), which provides natural overlap with Europe (1-6 hours), Middle East (0-3 hours), and can accommodate US time zones with flexible schedules. Most talents are experienced with async-first remote work.

How do payments work?

We accept bank transfers, Wise, and major credit cards. Monthly retainers are billed at the start of each month. Hourly arrangements are invoiced bi-weekly. Project-based work uses milestone payments. All pricing is in USD.
